Non-bromated & non-bleached: meaning zero chemical additives (unlike most frozen pizzas)
Handcrafted by one pizzaiolo, who is passionate about the highest of quality pizzas
Utilizes an extra high hydration dough/crust (for a higher quality re-cook)
Fermented with a wild organic yeast (for at least 48 hours) which creates natural beneficial microbes that make the resulting crust more easily digestible
