This is a hearty “rye” flavored loaf that has a nice sourdough tang, and it’s packed with nutrition & whole grains. The slight contrast in flavors between the dark & light sections also enhances the overall flavor. The cherry on top is it’s beautiful swirl!

**We use Caputo Gluten Free Flour which is imported from Italy at a considerable premium, and is considered the “Ferrari of Flours”

(NOTE: our GF flour contains gluten-stripped wheat starch, which is safe for those that have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant. But if you have a wheat allergy then you cannot consume this bread)
