This loaf was created to maximize softness, and get as close as possible to the texture of soft white gluten sandwich bread.

**We use Caputo Gluten Free Flour which is imported from Italy at a considerable premium, and is considered the “Ferrari of Flours”
(NOTE: our GF flour contains gluten-stripped wheat starch, which is safe for those that have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant. But if you have a wheat allergy then you cannot consume this bread)
